Abstract

Turkey has achieved economic, political, and social development related to public policies, trade openness, and the great expansion of exports, through which it has made a great leap forward in recent years in terms of industrialization. This industrialization included changes in the economic and social spheres of the country by applying new technologies to production, increasing product quality, and achieving production at lower costs. In this sense, industrialization has been closely linked to the increase in the level of knowledge and culture in society and to scientific and technological developments.
This paper provides evidence of structural change in Turkey and provides an overview of the development of industrial policy through integration with world markets in terms of exports that can be considered as a measure of international competitiveness.
أنجزت تركيا تنمية اقتصادية، سياسية، واجتماعية مرتبطة بالسياسات العامة والانفتاح التجاري والتوسع الكبير في الصادرات، حققت من خلالها قفزة كبيرة إلى الأمام في السنوات الأخيرة من حيث التصنيع. شمل هذا التصنيع التغيرات في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلد من خلال تطبيق التقنيات الجديدة على الإنتاج، وزيادة جودة المنتج، وتحقيق الإنتاج بتكاليف منخفضة. وبهذا المعنى، ارتبط التصنيع ارتباطًا وثيقًا بزيادة مستوى المعرفة والثقافة في المجتمع والتطورات العلمية والتكنولوجية. تقدم هذه الورقة أدلة على التغيير الهيكلي في تركيا وتقدم نظرة عامة على تطور السياسة الصناعية من خلال التكامل مع الأسواق العالمية من حيث الصادرات التي يمكن اعتبارها مقياسًا للقدرة التنافسية الدولية.
