Abstract

There is no doubt that the telecommuting contract is the harvest of the outcome of the new technological revolution, which we desperately needed to develop information systems, face challenges and keep pace with the times. There is no doubt that this development had a good impact on economic and social developments as well, as it was benefited positively and the world is entering a new era called “The age of electronics”, the global information network, the Internet, and E-commerce.
The information technology revolution helped to merge information and remote communication, this led to the emergence of what is called “La télématique” that is, to make the whole world a small unit
The technological development has made the telecommuting contract one of the easiest ways to conclude contracts, as the modern style of legal contracts has features that distinguish it from traditional employment contracts. It increased job opportunities, even if it did not reach the required percentages, but we are encouraged by this tremendous development.
Especially if the legislator is interested in developing legal texts confirming the guarantees of the worker in such contracts.
