Abstract

The flying balloon has become a recreational air tourism that has imposed itself among the most important sources of tourist attractions in Egypt, and has even reached a stage of spread and expansion, making it the first in the world.
The city of Luxor, in southern Egypt, was the headquarters of the flying balloon, due to the city’s typical weather throughout the year that ensures the operation and continuation of the activity on a daily basis that may not be achieved anywhere else in the world. The city of Luxor is one of the wonders of the Egyptian cities because of its beautiful nature and timeless Pharaonic civilization.
The levels of air safety that Egypt has reached in operating the flying balloon also had a major role in enhancing the confidence of the world through the Civil Aviation Authority setting special legislation that includes controls and procedures for operating the flying balloon in Egypt according to conditions and requirements that must be achieved in all elements of the flying balloon operating system, which Ensures safe operation of the flying balloon to ensure the safety of passengers and equipment.
