یتعرض هذا البحث الحمایة التی کفلتها قواعد القانون الدولی و قواعد القانون الدولی الإنسانی للأطفال فی أوقات النزاعات المسلحة، وذلک من خلال مناقشة عدة أسئلة مسار جدل دولی واسع؛ فما هی الانتهاکات التی یتعرض لها الأطفال الأبریاء اثناء النزاعات المسلحة؟ کیف واجه القواعد الدولیة هذه الانتهاکات؟ ما هی الاستراتیجیات المعمول بها للقضاء على انتهاک حقوق أولئک الأطفال أثناء النزاعات المسلحة؟ وللإجابة علی هذه الأسئلة, سوف نقوم بتقسیم البحث إلی مبحثین:
المَبْحَـثُ الأَوَّلُ: الحِمَایَةُ العَامَّةُ المَکْفُولَةُ للطِّفْلِ فِی ضَوْءِ القَانُونِ الدَّوْلِیِّ.
المَبْحَـُث الثَّانِی: الحِمَایَةُ الخَاصَّةُ المَکْفُولَةُ للطِّفْلِ کَشَخْصٍ مَحْمِیٍّ طِبْقًا لاتِّفَاقِیَّاتِ جِنِیف وَبُرُوتُوکُولَیْهَا.
Abstract:
This research shows protection which guaranteed by rules of international humanitarian law for children in times of armed disputes that is through discussion several controversial questions. What is the violations which innocent children are exposed through armed disputes ? How the international rules has dealt with this violations ? what are current strategies for eliminate the violations of the rights these children during armed disputes ? for answering to this questions we will divided research into two parts as following:
Part one : general protection for child in light of international law
Part two: private protection for child as a protect person according to Geneva convention and its protocols
