Abstract

ـ الملخص:
عمدت هذه الدراسة "شهادة الأجهزة التقنية في مجال الأحكام الفقهية، بين الرفض والقبول" إلى طرح العديد من الأسئلة والكثير من الاستفسارات أكثر مما عمدت إلى تقديم الإجابات؛ ولعل ذلك يرجع إلى طبيعة الاختلاف وتباعد الشقة بين المجالين، الفقه والتقنية، غير أن كلا المجالين يجتمعان في نقطة واحدة هي، تشكيل السلوك الاجتماعي للمجتمع المسلم. لقد مزجت هذه الدراسة بين البحث في الفقه، من جانب، وبين التقنية، من جانب.
وقد تم تقسيم الداراسة إلى مبحثين رئيسن هما:
 الأحكام الفقهية والأحوال الشخصية.
 الأحكام الفقهية في ظل الأجهزة التقنية.

Summary:
This study, the certificate of technical devices in the field of jurisprudential rulings, between rejection and acceptance, raised many questions and more inquiries than it intended to provide answers; Perhaps this is due to the nature of the diversity that characterized this study, which combined research in jurisprudence on one side and technical technical study of devices on the other side.
The study has been divided into two main topics:
Jurisprudence rulings and personal status.
Jurisprudence rulings in light of technical devices.
In addition to an introductory introduction, and a conclusion that contained the findings of the study and its discussion.
