Abstract

Abstract:
This article sheds light on the economic and social repercussions of the Corona crisis in the Goz Amer camp in Al-Aradib Seven in Chad, and the response of humanitarian organizations working in the camp to the epidemic. Before entering the heart of the article, it is appropriate for us to point out the strategic and security importance of Chad in Africa. As it has become a safe haven and a close refuge for African refugees fleeing from the grinding wars, and the choice of refugees for Chad is due to the mediation of its geographical location that links most of the Sahel countries in the African continent, as well as the political stability that the country enjoyed during the rule of President Idriss Deby Itno.

ملخص:
يسلط هذا المقال الضوء على تداعيات أزمة كورونا الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في معسكر قوز عامر بالعراديب السبعة في تشاد، ومدى استجابة المنظمات الإنسانية العاملة بالمعسكر للوباء. وخليق بنا قبل الدخول في صلب المقال، أن نشير إلى أهمية تشاد من الناحيتين الاستراتيجية والأمنية في أفريقيا؛ إذ أنها أصبحت الملجأ الآمن والمأوى القريب للاجئين الأفريقيين الفارين من الحروب الطاحنة، واختيار اللاجئين لتشاد يعود إلى توسط موقعها الجغرافي الذي يربط بين معظم دول الساحل في القارة الأفريقية، فضلا عن الاستقرار السياسي الذي نعمت به البلاد فترة حكم الرئيس إدريس ديبي إتنو.
