Abstract

To conclude the first part, we will shed light on the acceptance pillar, which is the second pillar of the phase of signing international trade contracts. We notice that acceptance is the final stage of creating international trade contracts, hence, the contract appears to exist; As the contract does not take place in the affirmative alone.
Therefore, there must be accepted with the offer in order for those contracts to be concluded. Upon acceptance, each of the parties to the international trade contracts has rights and obligations towards the other party, and each of them is required to implement its obligations within the specified time. Given the importance of acceptance, we will shed light on it in the following sections.
استكمالا للجزء الأول سوف الأول من هذا البحث, سوف نلقي الضوء علي الركن الثاني من مرحلة إبرام عقود التجارة الدولية وهو ركن القبول. هذا ونجد إن القبول يعد الجزء الأخير من مرحلة تكوين عقود التجارة الدولية, وبه يظهر العقد للوجود؛ حيث إن العقد لا ينعقد بالإيجاب وحده, ولذا فلابد من وجود القبول معه حتي يتم إبرام تلك العقود, وبحدوث القبول يكون كل طرف من أطراف عقود التجارة الدولية يكون له حقوق وعليه والتزامات تجاه الطرف الآخر, وكلا منهم مطالب بتنفيذ التزاماته في ميعادها المحدد.  ونظراً لأهمية القبول, فإننا سوف نلقي الضوء حوله في المباحث التالية:
