International trade contracts hold a significant role all over the globe and are the largest and most widespread means of communication between different peoples, as well as the exchange of cultures, technology, and technical knowledge, and through which countries benefit from and excel in a specific aspect of the industry. They also meet the demands of the poor countries to meet their numerous life demands of clothing, food, and other necessities.
Because of the growth of current technology methods, the world has shrunk to the size of a tiny hamlet, and international economic relationships have become increasingly common in daily life. The worldwide community, as well as those interested in international trade, became aware of the widespread use of these contracts and their significance in economic and political life, as well as capital exchange. Furthermore, international trade contracts are defined as consensual contracts that are concluded with a valid offer and acceptance, so those contracts are held by exchanging (the offer and acceptance), and these two pillars will shed light on the first pillar, which is the offer, in the first part of this research. The other pillar, acceptance, will be addressed in the second part.
        إن عقود التجارة الدولية تحتل مكانة عظمية في جميع أنحاء العالم, وتعد الوسيلة الأكبر والأكثر انتشاراً في التواصل بين الشعوب المختلفة, وتبادل الثقافات, والتكنولوجيا, والمعارف الفنية, ويتحقق من خلالها الاستفادة من الدول التي تقدمت في جانب معين من الصناعة ونبغت فيه أكثر من غيرها من باقي الدول, كما أنها تلبي مطالب الدول الأكثر احتياجاً لتوفير مطالبها الحياتية المختلفة من ملبس, ومأكل, وكذلك جميع أنواع مطالب الحياه المختلفة .
      وفي ظل انتشار وسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة وقد أصبح العالم كالقرية الصغيرة, وانتشرت عقود التجارية الدولية بصورة كبيرة في الحياة اليومية, وقد لاحظ المجتمع الدولي, والمشتغلين في التجارة الدولية الانتشار المكثف لتلك العقود واهميتها في الحياه الاقتصادية والسياسية وفي تبادل رؤوس الاموال, أهتموا بمراحل إبرام تلك العقود لما تتمتع به من أهمية.
     كما إن ابرام عقود التجارة الدولية ليست عمل سهل, بل إن أصعب ما يواجه تلك العقود هي مرحلة ما قبل الإبرام, ومرحلة إبرامها, لا سيما وإن أطرافها يكونون من دول مختلفة. هذا وإن عقود التجارة الدولية تتميز بأنها عقود رضائية تنعقد بإيجاب وقبول صحيحين, فبتبادل (الإيجاب والقبول) تنعقد تلك العقود, وإن هذين الركنين سوف نلقي الضوء في الجزء الأول من هذا البحث علي الركن الأول وهوا الإيجاب. وسوف نتناول في الجزء الثاني الركن الأخر وهو القبول.
