Quarantine In Islamic Law (Islamic vision) الحجر الصحي من منظور إسلامي رؤية إسلامية

Humans have their place in Islam. God Almighty has honored him and favored him over all other creatures. Therefore, Islam's view of human life was unique from other systems. Islam has made the preservation of human life one of the most important purposes of the Shariah, so repelling harm from it, and taking it with the necessary care is a legal duty, and everything that leads to harming it is forbidden by Islam.
In light of the tragic conditions we are living in; Caused by this deadly virus (COVID19), Islam put in place a set of precautionary measures and rules, and made adherence to them a legal duty, man is sinning by violating them. As a reason to protect it from this imminent danger, these measures are among the means of preserving the human soul, and neglect in their application is considered negligence in preserving the human entity, and among these rules are the so-called (quarantine), so what is its concept? What is the legal ruling on quarantine?
الإنسان له مكانته في الإسلام، فلقد كرمه الله سبحانه، وفضله على سائر المخلوقات؛ ولذا كانت نظرة الإسلام إلي الحياة الإنسانية نظرة متفردة عن غيرها من النظم الأخرى؛ وقد جعل الإسلام المحافظة علي حياة الإنسان من أهم مقاصد الشريعة، فدفع الضرر عنها، وإحاطتها بالعناية اللازمة واجب شرعي، وكل ما يؤدي إلي الإضرار بها حرمه الإسلام.
وفي ظل ما نعيشه من أوضاع مأساوية؛ سببها هذا الفيروس القاتل (كوفيد 19) ، وضع الإسلام مجموعة من التدابير الاحترازية، والقواعد، وجعل الالتزام بها واجبًا شرعيا، يأثم الإنسان بمخالفتها، هذه التدابير التي وضعها الإسلام وجعلها قانونًا مُلْزِمًا أرقى ما وصل إليه الإنسان من تشريعاتٍ في هذا الصدد، ولو التزمها الإنسان لكانت سبباً في وقايته من هذا الخطر المحدق، فهذه التدابير من وسائل المحافظة على النفس البشرية، والإهمال في تطبيقها يعد تفريطًا في المحافظة على الكيان البشري، ومن هذه القواعد ما يسمي بـ(الحجر الصحي)، فما مفهومه؟، وما دليله؟، وما مكانة حفظ النفس في هذا المجال؟، وما الحكم الشرعي للحجر الصحي.
